The Tangier Lamp is a piece of sculptural art.  Inspiration came from an Ethiopian string jar when designing the Tangier Lamp, which features a gourd shape.  Its pleasing wabi-sabi form blends organic and architectural elements in both feel and structure. The lamp's unique and subtle finish was achieved by paying close attention to Japanese ceramic traditions. The eggshell glaze gives the lamp a patina, which adds a subdued and sophisticated touch to any room
